Flag day

So long never blog le. Many things changed i guess.
Flag day on Nov 26.
First attempt on asking for donations
preety fun i guess.
woke up at 6
reach school at 7 plus
roll call at 8
so scary please my squad leader never come
no sec 3 came
only a pathetic sec 2
its damn scary to stand in front okay...dun try that
sit down to listen
so my group consisted of awesome people---shariel and zina
eleanor just came back and said that korea was so cold
she saw me and was like so did u join drill competition?
must be lah so black leh.
my patthetic friends nearly could not reconise me okay. What is this???
SO our venue for our company was BUGIS
Took bus then change mrt
reach there around 9 liao
me zina shariel walked and walked ask donations on the way
walk to the traffic light hoping that when people cross from the other side of the road would donate....
THEN when they cross already...seee us carrying donation bags
whoa we stand in the middle ar
people split into two side just to avoid us. Whapiangeh what is this?
then go bugis junction instead then see no one
So we decided to have our break at macs cos we thot it was early thats why.
around ten we started again
and i came to this conclusion that ang mohs are more generous
even if they would not like to donate they would smile and then scram
but singaporeans would scold instead
now i really understand the difficulty of asking for donations
and if i see anyone fundraising next time
the very least i can do is to smile and then scram
And of course there are embarrassing moments too....
auntie( who cannot really speak english): erm ni know bugis junction zai where ar?

that woman: oh ya ok ------stand in front of me, open her bag, take out her sunglass, put on her sunglass and walk away like that. Wth man. I tell u i kanna cheated by that split of second okay.

Then......jiejie come leh. omg la. so ciao. so i leave that guy to her.....
But everything in the end was okay lah. Reached hq at zhunzhun 1.30 sharp leh. somemore when it strike 12, my leg step into hq. I tot we are going to be late. But we are on time. so cool man. Had a debrief of everything and listen to josmin and her encounter. She got scolded by a old lady. Then ms seah ask who enjoyed? No one raised but when i actually thot into it it was actually fun. I didnt expect things to turn out that well actually although some people cheat my feelings. Overall it was a great experience lah. My bag was almost half full. quite heavy.
